Fun Coupons (funcoupons.net) is a free coupon and deals website operated by Unbroken Ads LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, why, and the choices you have.

The short version

• You can use Fun Coupons without creating an account or giving us your name.
• We use cookies and similar tools to measure how the site is used and how our ads perform.
• When you click a coupon or store link, we may earn a commission from the store. Your price doesn't change.
• We don't sell your personal information for money. You can opt out of ad tracking any time with Your Privacy Choices.

Information you give us

• Contact form. Your name, email address and message when you contact us. The form is run by Fillout, which stores your submission for us.
• Email sign-ups. Your email address, the store you signed up on and the date, if you subscribe to deal emails. Our emails are sent by EmailerPros, our email service (operated by the same company). We first send a message asking you to confirm your address, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our partners collect some information automatically when you visit:

• Pages you view, links and buttons you click (for example, which coupons you reveal), and how you arrived at the site.
• Device and browser details, such as browser type, screen size, language, approximate location (city or country, based on IP address) and IP address.
• Cookie and advertising identifiers.

How we use information

• To run the site and keep it secure.
• To answer your messages and send emails you asked for.
• To understand which pages, stores and coupons are useful, and to improve the site.
• To measure and improve our advertising on Google and Microsoft Bing.
• To track clicks to stores so we can confirm commissions with our affiliate partners.
• To meet legal requirements.

Affiliate links and store clicks

Most store and coupon buttons are affiliate links. When you click one, you go through a tracking link (for example, on techbusy.org, a link domain we operate) and then to the store or an affiliate network. The store or network may set its own cookies to credit us with the sale. What you do on the store's website is covered by that store's privacy policy, not ours.

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Some pages show Amazon products, and Amazon may use cookies when you click those links.

Who we share information with

• Service providers that help us run the site: hosting and security (Kinsta, Cloudflare), forms (Fillout), email delivery (EmailerPros, which uses Amazon Web Services to send), and analytics.
• Advertising and measurement partners: Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager), Microsoft (Microsoft Advertising and Microsoft Clarity), and Amazon Associates.
• Affiliate networks and stores, which receive click information when you follow a store link.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

Some US state laws treat sharing data with advertising partners for targeted ads as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, even when no money changes hands. You can opt out with Your Privacy Choices. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as an opt-out.

Your choices and rights

• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Access, correction and deletion: email us at contact@funcoupons.net to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.

US state residents (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others with privacy laws) may have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, "sales" and "sharing". We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of their personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. We ask for consent before using analytics and advertising cookies in these regions. Our legal bases are consent (cookies and emails), legitimate interests (running and securing the site, and answering messages), and legal obligations. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email contact@funcoupons.net. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we'll answer within the time the law requires.

How long we keep information

We keep contact messages for up to two years, and email sign-ups until you unsubscribe. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to each provider's settings, generally no longer than 26 months.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, and we limit who can access our systems. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

International visitors

Fun Coupons is run from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the US and other countries. Where required, those transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

Fun Coupons is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
